Join us for a free virtual informational workshop designed specifically for Black women who are new to therapy. This event offers a supportive environment to learn about the therapeutic process and address any questions or concerns.

Dr. Smith, an experienced therapist, will share insights on what to expect when starting therapy, how to find a therapist who resonates with you, and tips for making the most out of your therapy experience.

This workshop will empower you to take the first steps on your mental health journey and foster a deeper understanding of your unique needs. Engage with other participants and gain valuable knowledge in a welcoming space.

Self-Centering Circles

Program Overview: This 8-week series of intimate self-centering group are designed specifically for Black women looking to enhance their self-love and self-care practices. Each group will consist of 8-10 participants, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment. The program is structured around Dr. Smith's self-centering tenets, promoting connection, community, education, and intentional self-work, mindfulness and meditation.

Session Structure:

  • Duration: Each session will last 1.5 hours.

  • Format: Groups will be closed, allowing for deep connection and trust to build among participants as they learn and grow.

Participants will leave the program with a deeper understanding of self, a stronger sense of self-love, and practical tools to implement ongoing self-care. Creating a lasting network of support among women who share similar experiences and aspirations could be the cherry on top for some!

This program is a journey toward enhanced self-appreciation and empowerment, offering each participant the opportunity to center themselves in their lives and cultivate lasting change.
